Holly began serving on the board for the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA) March 2015 for a 2 year term, and has served as a Director 2011-2012, President-Elect 2012-2013, President 2013-2014 and currently serving Immediate-Past President 2014-2015 of the (NAWIC) National Association of Women in Construction Fort Worth Chapter #1 (founding chapter). She is also a member of (RCAT) Roofing Contractors Association of Texas 2015. With Brettco, Holly leads a team of field supervisors that have been with the company for 26 years.
